ANTHONY (ANTZ) DYER

4th Dan Black Belt
Master Antz has over 20 years experience practising and instructing Hapkido, having started with the Manawatu club in 1996. He holds the distinction of being the last Black Belt to grade under the Kukjae Hapkido banner in 2008.
Antz has trained with many senior martial artists over the years and is very well-known in the Manawatu Martial arts community. He has taught security, police, prison guards and many other groups for self- defence courses.
In 2015 Antz went to the Hapkido World Championships in Busan, South Korea; as part of the New Zealand Hapkido Team.
As well as instructing the Manawatu Club, Antz is the senior instructor to the New Plymouth Taekwondo/Hapkido Club, regularly travelling to Taranaki to fine tune their skills, as well as grading them through the ranks.
Antz was awarded his 3rd Dan in September 2018.
Antz successfully graded to 4th Dan in July 2020. This recognises him as being able to hold the title of Master in Hapkido.
